Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@houseofbidets.com.

Shipment of Larger Items:

Delivery of large items such as integrated bidet toilets (Toto Neorest) may require carriers other than UPS or FedEx. If this is the case, delivery is curbside, however we can arrange for your order to be brought inside your residence or business for a fee. If you request this service, we will get a quote from the carrier and proceed from there.

Damages:

Your order is fragile, please inspect it thoroughly when its arrives. If your order arrives damaged, please send photos to returns@houseofbidets.com and we will send you the appropriate replacement(s) right away. If you notice any damage to the packaging, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. Please thoroughly inspect your order as soon as possible and report shipping damages within five days of delivery. Replacements due to shipping damage, including concealed damages hidden by packaging (such as cracks and cosmetic damage) will not be covered after five days post-delivery.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment that you used when placing your order.

Returns:

Unless noted otherwise in a product description, due to the hygienic nature of our products, you may return new, unused, and uninstalled items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will provide you the correct item at no cost to you. In a situation where the return is due to the buyer’s error, or the buyer no longer wants the product, the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee (restocking fee applicable to Brondell products only).

House of Bidets does not accept returns on bidet toilets (such as TOTO Washlet+ systems, TOTO Neorest, VOVO bidet toilets) outside of damaged upon arrival cases due to logistical costs. Please inspect your delivery upon receiving and before signing. If you notice damages, let us know as soon as possible so the manufacturer can arrange for a replacement at no cost to you. Post-purchase, we will contact you with instructions after purchase for scheduling a delivery with the carrier. As always, shipping is free.

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of handing your package to the carrier, however in most cases it will take less time. This time period includes the transit time between you and us (5 to 10 business days), our processing time once we receive your return (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Risk Free Trials:

Some of our products include a risk free trial with purchase. Unless otherwise noted, the trial period is 30 days from the date of delivery. If you do not want to keep your product for any reason, you can return it to us for a full refund minus the cost of shipping. The risk free trial offer only applies to products that explicitly note the offer on the product page and does not cover other products in your order.

Fraudulent Orders:

We screen all orders manually, and if we think your order may be illegitimate, such as use of a stolen credit card, we may ask you to verify your identity. If we contact you for this purpose, you will receive an email from verify@houseofbidets.com requesting a copy of your government issued ID and the credit card used for the order. To protect ourselves and consumers, we reserve the right to cancel any order deemed fraudulent.

Price Match Guarantee

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within thirty days of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within thirty days of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.

To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within thirty days from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.

The Bio Bidet Discovery DLX is the big brother to the Discovery DLS bidet seat. It takes all the luxuries Bio Bidet has to offer in the DLS seat and adds additional ones to a tankless, unobtrusive bidet toilet. With nozzle UV sterilization, you will clean in comfort with the confidence that your bathroom and body are free from germs. The built-in UV sterilizer automatically cleanses the nozzle for three minutes after each use. The automatic function of the Discovery DLX makes each trip to the bathroom a safe and luxurious experience; simply stand up to activate an automatic hands-free flush. The kick control can be used to lift the lid, seat, and flush the toilet. One kick raises the lid, two kicks raises the seat, three kicks flushes the toilet. Coupled with the air-dryer, you have a hands-free bathroom experience.

The DLX comes with all the features you would expect to find in a modern top of the line bidet toilet. The posterior and feminine wash features allow you to point the nozzle at the spot you need. Use the oscillation mode while washing, which covers a large area without you having to move or press a button. The on demand water heating system boasts a "Dynamic Stream", which rapidly alternates the water temperature between hot and cold water to stimulate a bowel movement. Besides the Discovery DLS Bidet Seat, The Discovery DLX is the only model in the Bio Bidet line with this feature. On the heating side, the heated seat has multiple settings and the multi (three) speed air dryer is Bio Bidet's most efficient drying system yet.

This unit cleans you via a single stainless steel nozzle system with three spray ports. Inside the nozzle housing is a UV light that automatically sterilizes the nozzle. Additional lighting includes the in bowl night light that allows for use without aid from bathroom lights in the dark.
