Aquia IV Washlet+ C5 One-Piece Installation

TOTO Washlet+ systems install like a classic toilet. There are only a few additional factors to consider:

  • Check the size of the rough-in in your bathroom (the distance from the finished wall behind your toilet to the center of the toilet drainpipe or flange). All Washlet+ models are designed for a 12" rough-in, but if you have another size, most models have adapters available.
  • Access to a standard GFCI electrical outlet is required for your Washlet to function.
  • Your Washlet will utilize the same water connection that fills the toilet's tank via an included T-valve.

This was the right toilet/bidet and the right store to purchase from. Got a great price and the company reached out after delivery to ensure everything was okay. Love the way it looks and operates and the skirted design is easy to clean. The bidet component is customizable with a lot of options, which we appreciate.

Amazing Customer Service

Ordering online was super easy. Delivery was pretty quick. Unfortunately the toilets even thou they were on the pallet, seems like the freight company had a quick stop and took a tumble. They were super nice in helping me unpack to verify the damage and they took it back without any hesitation. I called over to House of Bidets and they asked me if i took any pictures which i did, I sent it over and within the same day we had a replacement toilet on order. Thank you for taking care of this. This is a company that I would buy from and also refer over to anyone thats looking for toilets.
