Shipping & Returns
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipment of Larger Items:
Delivery of large items such as integrated bidet toilets (Toto Neorest) may require carriers other than UPS or FedEx. If this is the case, delivery is curbside, however we can arrange for your order to be brought inside your residence or business for a fee. If you request this service, we will get a quote from the carrier and proceed from there.
Please inspect your order thoroughly when its arrives. If you notice any damage to the packaging you should make note of it when signing for delivery. You have five days after delivery to report concealed damages (hidden by the packaging) such as cracks and cosmetic damage to your order, or missing items. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to email@example.com and we will send you the appropriate replacement(s) right away.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment that you used when placing your order.
Unless noted otherwise in a product description, due to the hygienic nature of our products, you may return new, unused, and uninstalled items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will provide you the correct item at no cost to you. In a situation where the return is due to the buyer’s error, or the buyer no longer wants the product, the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.
House of Bidets does not accept returns on bidet toilets outside of damaged upon arrival cases due to logistical costs. Please inspect your delivery upon receiving and before signing. If you notice damages, let us know as soon as possible so the manufacturer can arrange for a replacement at no cost to you. Post-purchase, we will contact you with instructions after purchase for scheduling a delivery with the carrier. As always, shipping is free.
You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of handing your package to the carrier, however in most cases it will take less time. This time period includes the transit time between you and us (5 to 10 business days), our processing time one we receive your return (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Risk Free Trials:
Some of our products include a risk free trial with purchase. Unless otherwise noted, the trial period is 30 days from the date of delivery. If you do not want to keep your product for any reason, you can return it to us for a full refund minus the cost of shipping. The risk free trial offer only applies to products that explicitly note the offer on the product page and does not cover other products in your order.
We screen all orders manually, and if we think your order may be illegitimate, such as use of a stolen credit card, we may ask you to verify your identity. If we contact you for this purpose, you will receive an email from email@example.com requesting a copy of your government issued ID and the credit card used for the order. To protect ourselves and consumers, we reserve the right to cancel any order deemed fraudulent.
