A lower-profile version of the Carlyle II, the Carolina II features a shorter tank and softer proportions, making it ideal for modern, minimalist spaces or areas with height constraints under counters or windows.

This seamless one-piece toilet is equipped with a powerful, water-saving 1.28 GPF TORNADO FLUSH®, which uses dual-nozzle propulsion to circulate water in a centrifugal cleaning action. Paired with CEFIONTECT® ceramic glaze, the Carolina II minimizes waste adhesion and reduces the frequency of manual scrubbing.

The Carolina II fits bathrooms of all sizes thanks to its space-saving footprint and support for 10", 12", or 14" rough-ins using TOTO’s UniFit® adapter system. Its Universal Height design offers ergonomic comfort for a wide range of users, while the half-skirted base adds a modern touch and makes floor-level cleaning easy.

This WASHLET+ version includes the WASHLET S2 bidet seat, fully integrated for a streamlined, cord- and hose-free appearance. The S2 delivers essential bidet functionality including endless warm water, a heated seat, warm air drying, and automatic deodorizing, all operated via a side-mounted control panel for intuitive use.
The Carolina II WASHLET+ S2 is built for hygienic performance with minimal maintenance. PREMIST® sprays the bowl before every use to prevent sticking, while EWATER+® automatically cleans the bidet wand before and after each cycle using electrolyzed water. This ensures a cleaner experience without chemical cleansers.

Integrated Operation, Intuitive Control

Unlike remotes or app-controlled seats, the WASHLET S2 uses a side-arm control panel fixed to the right side of the seat. This physical interface provides direct access to water temperature, spray pressure, nozzle position, and cleansing modes—including oscillating and pulsating spray options.

Also accessible via the side panel are controls for the warm air dryer, seat temperature, and energy saver mode. No remotes to lose, pair, or recharge—just intuitive controls always within reach for any user, any time.

TOTO Carolina II Washlet+ S2 Installation

TOTO Washlet+ systems install like a classic toilet. There are only a few additional factors to consider:

Check the size of the rough-in in your bathroom (the distance from the finished wall behind your toilet to the center of the toilet drainpipe or flange). All Washlet+ models are designed for a 12" rough-in, but if you have another size, most models have adapters available.
Access to a standard GFCI electrical outlet is required for your Washlet to function.
Your Washlet will utilize the same water connection that fills the toilet's tank via an included T-valve.
