Bio Bidet BB-2000 Fitment

  • To ensure your brand new bidet seat will fit on top of your toilet, determine the size and shape of your bowl. Most toilet bowls come in one of two standard shapes:

    1. Elongated: Common in modern toilets and typically around 18.5" in length
    2. Round: Common in older toilets or smaller bathrooms and around 16.5" in length

    Once you determine what shape bidet seat you need, check these three things:

    1. There should be at least 5.5" of space between the seat's bolt holes.
    2. There should be at least 2" of space between the seat's bolt holes and the toilet tank.
    3. If your toilet meets the tank at or near a 90-degree angle, the Bio Bidet BB-2000 is likely to be a perfect fit.

Bio Bidet BB-2000 Installation

Bidet seats install like a classic toilet seat and you can follow the included installation instructions without hiring a plumber. There are only a few additional factors to consider:

  • Make sure your toilet can accomodate a bidet seat with this guide
  • Access to a standard GFCI electrical outlet is required for your bidet seat to function.
  • Your bidet seat will utilize the same water connection that fills the toilet's tank via an included T-valve.

Toto Legato Toilet with BB-2000 Bidet Seat

Our customer experience with our new Toto Legato one-piece Toilet and BioBidet BB-2000 Bidet began with the patient and accurate responses from, and knowledge base residing in, Eric Dreyfus of BioBidet. Eric fielded all of our many questions promptly from East Coast to West Coast where we live. We chose the Toto Legato one-piece Toilet and BioBidet BB-2000 Bidet based on our needs and Eric’s expertise in meeting those needs. We are very happy with the products’ installation and performance in our home. Our installer was a local handyman who completed the entire job in a little over 2 hours. The Toilet install was by the book for a standard 12-inch rough-in. The toilet flange was flush with the floor tiles, but did not need the optional raised adapter. The toilet fits into the available space with good clearance from the back wall and the toilet door. The Toto 1.28g flush is strong and effective. The chair height is 17 1/8th inches in height with an elongated bowl and is very comfortable with the BB-2000 seat installed. We ordered the BB-2000 for the included features of unlimited warm water wash, air dry, odor control, and 3 seat/water/air temperature settings. It works as advertised. Two-minute wash and three-minute dry time. The BB-2000 Remote is handy and intuitive with a little practice. The BB-2000 seat has a 3-year warranty. The included water lines (on the left side of the BB-2000 when facing the toilet) and electrical cord (4-foot) connections (on the right side of the BB-2000 when facing the toilet) are easy reaches to the rear wall water supply valve and the left wall GFCI outlet that was installed by the same installer/handyman. In practice, we are enjoying the above-described features in daily use. Thanks very much to Eric Dreyfus of BioBidet for assisting us very ably with the various choices within both product lines.

Outstanding Electronic Bidet

I have over 10 BB2000s that I started purchasing about 10 years ago. The quality of the units is exceptional. Features are better than many higher priced units. Client service is quick and friendly and repair, rarely needed, is quick and efficient. Have had many friends purchase this unit after using ours. Highly recommend.
