The Washlet C5 fits most standard elongated or round toilets and installs in thirty minutes using the included mounting hardware and connection kit. It runs off a standard GFCI outlet and connects easily to your toilet’s water supply using a T-connector.

Its sleek silhouette measures just under 21 inches front to back and less than 6 inches tall at the rear. With discreet connections and soft contours, it enhances your bathroom without drawing attention.

TOTO Washlet C5 Fitment

To ensure your brand new bidet seat will fit on top of your toilet, determine the size and shape of your bowl. Most toilet bowls come in one of two standard shapes:
1. Elongated: Common in modern toilets and typically around 18.5" in length
2. Round: Common in older toilets or smaller bathrooms and around 16.5" in length
Once you determine what shape bidet seat you need, check these three things:
1. There should be at least 5.5" of space between the seat's bolt holes.
2. There should be at least 2" of space between the seat's bolt holes and the toilet tank.
3. If your toilet meets the tank at or near a 90-degree angle, the TOTO Washlet C5 is likely to be a perfect fit.

TOTO Washlet C5 Installation

Bidet seats install like a classic toilet seat and you can follow the included installation instructions without hiring a plumber. There are only a few additional factors to consider:

Make sure your toilet can accomodate a bidet seat with this guide
Access to a standard GFCI electrical outlet is required for your bidet seat to function.
Your bidet seat will utilize the same water connection that fills the toilet's tank via an included T-valve.

Great product, fast service, knowledgeable support

I chose House of Bidets as an alternative to the big ecommerce sites. Smaller businesses put a lot more effort into providing good support, and it shows -- I emailed a question and got an accurate answer from a real human within literally minutes!

The Washlet was very easy to install with common household tools once the GFCI outlet was in place. It's a well-designed product that functions very well. The only drawback relative to more expensive Toto models is the limited supply of warm water.

Order was received on time with zero issues. Easy to install and intuitive to use. If you're considering a bidet, this one is well worth the money and I wouldn't recommend another supplier.

It took a bit longer to receive the bidet because it was unexpectedly backordered, however Eric remained in constant communication with me and went out of his way to rectify the situation, which was much appreciated!
