Installation was simple. The doctor told my wife that a bidet would help prevent UTIs and yeast infections. It does leave us feeling a whole lot cleaner. Less toilet paper to buy, and the septic tank will need less maintenance.

I chose House of Bidets as an alternative to the big ecommerce sites. Smaller businesses put a lot more effort into providing good support, and it shows -- I emailed a question and got an accurate answer from a real human within literally minutes!

The Washlet was very easy to install with common household tools once the GFCI outlet was in place. It's a well-designed product that functions very well. The only drawback relative to more expensive Toto models is the limited supply of warm water.

Order was received on time with zero issues. Easy to install and intuitive to use. If you're considering a bidet, this one is well worth the money and I wouldn't recommend another supplier.

I've only had the C5 combo a short time but it's pretty amazing. I picked House of Bidets to order from as I have built out new bath from scratch and they have given me such useful advice that I know I would not have gotten at a big box store.

It works well and is easy to clean. You just need to get used to the initial short blast of cold water before the warm water kicks in. We are happy with our purchase.
